Delete Account or Data

Remove Diorama discoveries and local progress

The current discovery experience has no named app account. Use the protected grown-up controls to remove AI discoveries and clear learning progress. Local deletion does not cancel a subscription or delete provider-held records.

1. Open Grown-ups and unlock with your grown-up code.
2. Under Your AI discoveries, remove each lesson you no longer want saved. Clear discovery progress to remove history and favorites; saved lessons and preferences remain.
3. Contact support@gamina.app for questions about earlier saved stories or provider-held information. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple.

If you cannot complete the steps above, email support@gamina.app from the address associated with your account, if applicable.

We may need to verify that you control the account or installation before processing a request. We will never ask for your password.

What may remain

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data held by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
