Delete Account or Data

Delete Diorama stories or installation data

Remove individual stories from the library. If an account or server-side library is enabled in the production version, use its deletion control or contact support.

1. Open the Diorama library.
2. Remove the stories you no longer want saved.
3. Use profile deletion if present, or email support for a server-side deletion request.

If you cannot complete the steps above, email support@gamina.app from the address associated with your account, if applicable.

We may need to verify that you control the account or installation before processing a request. We will never ask for your password.

What may remain

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data held by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
